Dr. James and the entire staff are some of the kindest and most understanding people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been a patient of James Chiropractic for about 10 years, I suffer from migraines so they always try to accommodate me. They are the best!!!!

Good chiropractor, horrible office staff. I lived in Chico for 6 months and went to this chiropractic office while I was there. I have some of the best insurance you can get and paid my co-pays for each visit. After I moved they apparently sent me a bill for a small amount of money, which I would have paid but I never got the bill. I have had the same phone number for 15 years and they never tried to call. I was placed in collections for around $50 and it was negatively affecting my credit for a long time without my knowledge. I have tried to clear it up with them and they have no interest in helping, I must now deal with a collection agency over this ridiculous amount.
