When my mother moved in with us, many of her items had mold and I started experiencing symptoms of headache, runny nose, brain fog, fatigue, etc., when unpacking her items while helping her move in.
When I shared this with Jodi, she told me exactly what I needed to do to remove the mold from my mother's items and how to treat myself by making a homemade on-toxic spray and cleaner out of house hold items and essential oils, and taking certain supplements while eating healthy probiotic/prebiotic foods.
