I wish I lived close enough to visit the Lake Tahoe Wellness Center more frequently. I spend time here whenever I can detour by Tahoe. The outdoor sauna is awesome and Dr. Lily is the best of the best. Between the healing qualities of the lake and the healing care of Dr. Lily and team, I know of no better place to spend time for rejuvenation. Highly recommend scheduling a visit even if you'll be just passing through the area.

Dr. Lily is amazing. Knows what to do and achieves results while keeping you informed of why and what she is doing with her adjustments. Friends of mine and my husband have been seeing her for years. I'm sorry it took me this long to book and adjustment with her!

I only had acupuncture, so I can only speak to that. Lake Tahoe Wellness Center is a safe space to heal. I felt it the moment I stepped onto their property. Then I met Mark and he only confirmed that feeling with his grounded energy and zen demeanor. I had never received acupuncture before, and Mark did a great job making me feel relaxed in the space. I appreciate Mark’s open mindedness bc that’s how I feel problems get solved. He is in no way, afraid to think outside the box.
