I have to admit, going into the store for the first time I was skeptical. I've been dealing with chronic pain in my back and ankles for awhile, and became a little too dependent on medicinal pain medication. I have been looking for a safe alternative for awhile. When I heard about Kratom it sounded too good to be true. I went into the store and talked with Jack, who is a very kind, genuine and personable guy. We shared our stories and discussed some of things we each have been through. That alone made the trip to the store worthwhile to me! He then proceeded to explain to me the uses and benefits of the product. He was very detailed in how it works and shared his experiences using the product. He then made me a sample drink and within 15 minutes of walking out of the store I immediately felt a boost in my mood and a reduction in the pain. I'm grateful for this product and grateful to Jack for being understanding and willing to listen. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will 100% be referring this product and the store to others!

Jack and his staff were awesome in getting me the right strain for my needs after some trial and error. He was completely understanding and willing to explain the differences and what might work best during several visits there. He seems to genuinely care about getting you the best product for your needs but also giving you the best prices he can, explaining how it would be much more expensive to buy small doses over and over and willing to work with you on getting a custom mixture.
