Great gym if you’re strictly looking to get your work out in. Mark gym manager was awesome as soon as I arrived as a new comer to check the place out. He walked me through the gym and was very informative about the lay out. Would recommend if you’re looking to get a quick workout and bounce out! 10/10

If your really about fitness and not show boating or conversation while sitting on machines this is the gym. I love it here straight to the point and has everything a gym enthusiast needs. Clean. Well stocked. And key fob entry with a wide range of hours. All I could ask for with very respectable staff and at a reasonable price. Tanning/personal training is also available during staffed hours.

The employees there are amazing, they help you out whenever you need it, they take great care of the place. Overall the entire gym is like a family. No one is discriminating or judging you, everyone just seems like they are there to improve themselves. I would this is the ideal gym for many people

Trainers are extremely friendly and facilities and equipment are always super clean. Canceled my Planet Fitness membership as they have everything I need just as affordable Easy after hours accessibility makes going anytime easy and safe.

ALL staff members are awesome here, super helpful and kind! All equipment needed for ANY type of fitness goals are available here. Not overly-crowded. Never experience wait-times for machines or benches and kept relatively clean and orderly. In my 4 years experience at gyms like Crunch and 24 hour Fitness, Lifestyle Gym has provided the best fitness experience of all for me. I recommend this location to savvy, experienced athletes as well as beginners starting their fitness journey. Shoutout to staff member Mark! I've been at this gym for over 7 years. The staff is amazing and they really care about your well-being and health. The manager Mark does a great job of keeping the place running smooth and sufficient. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to better their life?
