Over the last several years, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple different trainers and none have come close to my experience with Joe! Other trainers focus solely on “moving the scale” by any means necessary – which yes, that’s great, moving the scale up or down is what everybody wants right? But that is where Joe’s coaching is different from any other experience I’ve had. Yes, Joe provides all the tools you need to reach your goals… but his approach is focused making long-term, sustainable changes to unhealthy habits to help you make progress both on and off the scale!

He genuinely cares about bettering both your physical and mental health. Some examples are; sharing encouraging messages, checking in on a regular basis to see what you like/don’t like about the current program, assisting in creating a health/professional vision board, providing book recommendations, tips/tricks for being on the road, holding you to your goals, and much more! Additionally, his app has been a huge help in keeping myself accountable by laying out the small tasks that need to be accomplished each day. The app lays out your nutrition, workouts (both in gym and for travel), step tracking, challenges amongst friends, and any other daily tasks that you set with Joe. This has been particularly helpful while traveling as he also makes sure you have workouts available for the times you may not have access to a gym.
