The Cerritos clinic is amazing. Excellent Staff, they are so professional and so patient. Weight loss is hard especially being postmenopausal. I didn't have a lot to lose but after a few months I finally reached my goal weight. The staff here are very supportive, they offered a lot of advice and a lot of choices to help in my journey.
It has been worth the cost and the time every week to go to my appointments.
Go here, at least try it, especially if you tried everything else to to lose weight!!!
I'm not paid for this review, I don't know anybody personally that works at Lindora. This is an honest review because I'm incredibly pleased with my results.

Lindora has been a game-changer for me. I was stuck in my weight loss journey and needed a boost. I knew from previous experience that Lindora was where I needed to be. With their caring and supportive staff, I have continued to lose weight and feel more confident that I will be able to keep it off. My only criticism is the products they sell. While almost all are good the price is somewhat prohibitively expensive. Also, there is no way to know if you like a product before you buy and there are no returns. I would like to be able to purchase an individual bar before buying a box.

My goodness, where do I begin? First, I'm not new to Lindora I went to the facility by UCLA some years ago. I found that experience rewarding and great feedback. However, I never really lost any major weight. I lost maybe 5-7 lbs, so I decided to retry it all over again, of course with a different medical history. This time with a different set of issues- hormonal imbalance & type 2 diabetes. After doing my lab work randomly without fasting, I was in the diet program again. Hoping to do so much better, so I bought well over $500 worth of products and stuck to the plan. I lost a few lbs, but it came right back time and time again. Then, I started having problems breathing. I never met with a nurse or doctor about any of these issues when I requested it repeatedly. I was retaining water and my lungs felt full. I went to the doctor and was told just that, but to make matters worse they denote these problems in their Lindora manual. Yet, I never got to see another doctor or nurse about my current symptoms. You mean this is a noted problem and the success rate of women succeeding with the same problems I signed up with is low on this program, very low success rate if any. My hormonal imbalance and type 2 diabetes are known upon enrollment, but no one is sitting down with us to discuss them. I could've died had I not went to me doctor after getting no response from them about leaving the program. It took me three weeks requesting the support of doctor or PA but no one helped me. I was told they had no staff available, which appeared odd to me. Be aware of the dangers first-hand that you will gain water weight at an alarming rate compared to those not in this program because of the water needed for the program and it can kill you if you ignore it. They never stopped receiving my money until i decided to go to another facility and because they didn't want my chart transferred. I was told the very next day that my subscruption was canceled. Really? It's about the money, so protect yourself at the higher cost. Now, I'm working out on my own and I've lost more than I ever did with an high protein and low carbs diet. Folks, watch out for the gimmicks cuz no one helped me when I needed the real feedback about my overall health. No one helped me, I was trying to figure things out on my own when I'm discussing this issue every time I arrived.

It was my first time in a weight loss facility so I was skeptical. The woman I worked with, Irene, was very caring and professional. She respected my privacy. While we were wrapping up and I was choosing food, about 3 other people came in. She was kind to each of them, acknowledging them all by name. It felt very welcoming.

The facility was clean and they were pretty serious about safety precautions. They check your temperature immediately and asked you to wash your hands after that.

The cost is up there for the program and the food, but it seems like a well run program. I tried one of the refrigerated foods before starting just to see if I’d like it and it was great. Hopefully the rest will be as good.

I’m excited to start my journey. I’ll write again if anything changes. I only gave it a 4 star because I’ve only been to this facility once. I go back today, if I feel it warrants a 5 star after visiting another facility I’ll change it.

My experience with Lindora has been great so far! In my first week I lost 5.9 pounds! I love that they hold me accountable, but also guide me through this process and are always there to answer any questions I may have. I would absolutely recommend Lindora’s program!

I have some great people helping me at the Cerritos location, Kat and Marissa and the staff have helped me out tremendously. I am in the 10 week plan and I have lost 33lbs in 7 weeks. If you follow the plan to letter you will lose weight.
