As a first time mom, I had a steep learning curve with breastfeeding, and even dealt with strained neck muscles as I struggled to feed my baby. The baby feeding ergonomics workshop provided helpful guidance on how to better approach breastfeeding and make it sustainable. We are 8 months in and I am still practicing the techniques I learned from this class. Highly recommend!
