Chris is amazing! My appt was scheduled between 11am and 1pm. I requested a call prior to arrival. Chris called around 10am stating he was on the way. During the service, Chris was very personable, informative and easy to communicate with. I’ve been with Liquid Solutions for over five years and their service has never disappointed me.

My husband and I purchased a reverse osmosis system and a water softener thru Liquid Solutions approximately 20 years ago. We have been very satisfied with their product and service. Today we had our yearly maintenance appointment with Candido, the service technician. As always, we received excellent service. Candido was professional,knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to Candido he got our system up and running again. Our system was not running for a while. He also showed me how to care and have a better understanding of my system. He did things the other service guy did not do. He was amazing.

Chris was awesome! He quickly figured out what was wrong. He was our 2nd tech out for the same issue. Last tech seemed to fix it but it only lasted 1-1/2 days, then the water stopped working again. We noticed that now it actually has a lot more pressure than what we had for the 1-1/2 days we thought it was fixed. It was a clogged sediment filter. He cut it open and it was the grossest thing ever. Full of gray sticky looking sludge. Thanks Chris!
