Getting ingredients and herbs for TCM can be so intimidating, especially since I don’t speak Chinese, so I was super anxious about going in and not knowing anything. Finding a place for Chinese medicine isn't always easy. I was able to go in and they were helpful putting together what I needed with the ingredient list provided to them. They also asked good questions to assess my symptoms. They can help you boil the medicine if you don't know how to or don't have a specific pot to do it in. In my case, I bought a pot to do at home myself
