I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I have been a member at Live for a little over a month now and I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the community. Going to a new gym can be intimidating but I promise this community is unmatched and is beyond welcoming!! I feel pushed and motivated during every workout and I am always looking forward to the next one. If you are reading this, this is your sign, come in for a class- will not regret it!

I took my twin 12 year old sons to trial their obstacle course. They had a blast and the coaches were great with the boys. My wife and I were greeted and felt very welcomed by the staff while there. All questions were answered and they were motivating. If we need a place for the boys to have fun OR for us to get in a workout, we'll go back to have a great time.

Signed up my grandson for the Kid Ninja Summer Camp 2022. Website clear, easy to use. Contacted staff via phone with questions, very friendly and knowledgeable. Will update review after summer camp experience.
UPDATE: Our grandsons attended the Ninja Warrior Camp and it was an amazing experience. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and great with kids. The program was well organized and taught the kids many skills. Our grandson never has an off button but after each day of camp he crashed because he was so exhausted. The program even brought in actual Ninja Warrior Show contestants/winners to talk to the kids. Program is small enough about 20 kids so each kid gets lots of individual attention. We will definitely be back next year...highly recommend.

If you are looking for a great place to workout this is your place! Such a welcoming community from the staff & clients. They offer boot camp classes along with one on one personal training, nutritional programs & just about anything else that one needs to help you meet your goals. What is great about Live Training Center is you can start at any level! The coaches will help you regardless of where you are when you start!

What a great experience. We took our Girl Scout troop for some Ninja training. The trainers were awesome and we're encouraging and knowledgeable. Very safety aware. And the girls wanted to know when they could go back! Even my non-active girls had a blast! Highly recommended!

I am New to the area and I was so excited to find this gym close to my house! I fell in love with this hidden gem!!!
Fantastic trainers and everyone, trainers and class attendees both were all so helpful and friendly!
Not at all intimidating if you are new and trying to learn the exercises…Always someone quick to jump in and show you the move!
I didn’t know what to expect at first seeing how the gym trains for Obstacle Course Racing as well as boot camp type workouts… ALSO, kids classes…How fun!
I have now taken 4 boot camp classes and all were great…challenging, yet rewarding and the constant motivation from the coaches, and other class attendees keep you going and pushing for the little extra that you didn’t know you had!
LOVE this place and will definitely be back!
