I obtained my BLS certification from LA Heart Training and was very happy with the flexibility and speed to obtain the certification. Once the online portion was completed you are able to go to the location at a time convenient to your schedule. Watch videos and record yourself for the hand on portion. The videos were graded within a few hours. Also helpful feedback was provided in grading. A added bonus is that it was priced less. I will definitely used this provider and training again in renewal. The one thing is that you need to follow instructions on the process. However, instruction was very detailed so this was not an issue.

Easy to order class online, easy to go through modules and videos. Instructions are detailed and clear, given lots of feedback on the skills session afterwards also. Would use this again, especially for the convenience of being able to do it after hours and weekends

I was glad to take the exam in a clean environment. I registered for both the BLS and ACLS courses, and the detailed exam manual made it much easier to complete. The test location was also easy to find because they provided a video in advance. I would definitely like to renew my certifications here later. This is a center I would highly recommend to any friends who want to get their BLS and ACLS certifications.

I had some trouble figuring out the place but they promptly emailed me back helping me. The place is very convenient since you don’t need appointments and you can go anytime you want during weekdays between I think 9-5, and when I got there there was no one in front of me so I did everything very fast. The place is very well organized and clean, and the instructions are very helpful too. Would definitely recommend it!
