I had an amazing experience with both Kathrine and Anthony. They are professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I felt like they were truly concerned with my physical and mental well being. This was my first time ever getting acupuncture and I was a bit nervous but it was an absolute life saver and I am so thankful to my husband for giving me the push to try something new. I was suffering from severe pain due to extreme tension and a pinched nerve that was causing pain from my neck through my shoulder all the way down my left arm. This resulted in muscle weakness and lack of mobility and poor sleep for several weeks. I had three acupuncture appointments with Kathrine, the first included cupping and I have to say it is the best thing that I have ever tried to relieve muscle tension in my back and shoulders. Finding Lotus Hands Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine when I did truly felt like a miracle. I have celiacs and am in my third trimester of pregnancy and had the worst glutened experience of my life landing me in the ER. I could not get to feeling better after a week and had no help from my drs or ob. This is when I found Anthony! He healed my gut and has improved my energy, anxiety and hot flashes. I am forever grateful for him and will use him in the future for any health issues that arise. Cannot recommend them enough!!

I have been coming off and on for 3 years and I must say this is by far the best treatment for any kind of pain. I used to get sick migraines that lasted 1 or 2 days at a time since coming here I have had a few migraines but they don't make me sick to my stomach at all and they are more manageable since coming here. Acupuncture is just amazing! I started seeing Katherine beginning of 12/2023 to help me conceive. I didn’t want to stress like before and decided to give myself 3 months to try and conceive. I followed her recommendations and saw her weekly. On 02/14/2024 I found out I was pregnant! That is just 1.5 months later! I continue to see her biweekly to support the pregnancy and I can say the Acupuncture helped me distress and I usually can fall asleep for about 20 minutes. I always wake up feeling refresh. Bonus, I love that I don’t have any nausea or vomiting and I’m officially on my 2nd trimester. Thank you so much Katherine!

Lotus Hands Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine is a wonderful place! Out of the blue, I developed Bell's palsy. Looking on line, I found Lotus Hands Acupuncture and because Katherine had experience and success in healing Bell's palsy, I booked an appointment. She saw me immediately. Katherine used a combination of acupuncture, electronic stimulation and herbal medicine to treat my condition. Within 2 weeks I had remarkable improvement & now 7 weeks out, I have little evidence of the Bell's palsy! My western medicine doctor said it took her 8 months to recover from Bell's palsy using the standard western medicine treatment of a steroid and an antiviral!

I so appreciate Katherine's wisdom and holistic approach in this healing process. What a blessing she has been to me!
