I used to be overweight and having high Blood Pressure. My healthcare Doctor started BP medicine since last 3 years. I was also getting pain on my left knee joint.
Luckily I met Dr. Balwant at a fair in Nov 2023 and discussed my health issue. She gave me appointment for checkup and followup at her office.
After evaluation she suggested me 21-day Standard Process Purification Program, to help controlling my weight and overall health. She discussed me the diet plan and acupuncture along-with cupping session.
After 3 weeks I was able to see difference to my overall health and feeling very active.
She suggested to continue the same diet for additional 3 weeks.
Overall I lost 22 pounds after 6 weeks and my BP also came substantially down. After 6 months of acupuncture and cupping session my BP is within the normal rage.
I am very thankful to Dr. Balwant for planning a personalized plan for me.
