Unfortunately I cannot give this so called team of professionals zero stars. The amount of times I heard them talk about being a "mandated reporter" and do absolutely nothing as the mother of my 5 year old son continues to abuse him is astonishing! Multiple times this team witnessed the mother lock my son in his room and leave him there for at least 10 minutes as he was screaming and crying behind a locked door! Did nothing about it! Most recently, the therapist was sitting at the same table as my son as he was tied to a chair with a belt by his mother. Just sat there eating his breakfast and did absolutely nothing! And now, they won't even respond to my concerns! The discrimination towards a concerned father is absolutely terrible, with the worst part about it being that directly affects the health and wellbeing of my son! So if you are a father with real concerns about your child, Love 2 Learn isn't the company for you!

Im not sure about the bad reviews but this place helped me and my son beyond expectations. My son was assigned to love 2 learn for almost a year and the improvements were dramatic. Supervison Minh was very helpful and communicative , always responded and alerted me when sessions were cancelled either by me or the therapists . My son loved him and was very comfortable with him . He set goals for my kid almost every week and they were all met and they made sure of it. His therapists were awesome too (alma&masiel) my son loved them and enjoyed his time with them. I never had an issue or a complaint . They helped my son progress and basically prepared him for school ! If i had the choice to stay i totally would of but i heard their a full house now !

Everyone is very helpful. The customer service is amazing. The therapist and directors are the best! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I was so scared and lost after my son's diagnosis. I didn't know where to turn. A good friend recommended love 2 learn and I have not been disappointed. They are fabulous. Billing, scheduling, and insurance, everyone was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I am reviewing from the perspective of a clinician and professional in the field of ABA therapy for children with autism. I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have been recommending Love 2 Learn to families for years. I feel confident recommending Love 2 Learn to families in need of ABA based therapies because of the truly excellent clinical services they provide.

Their therapy programs are based on scientifically proven principles of behavior. Their behavior technicians are trained to provide interventions that are evidence-based practices in the field of ABA. Their therapy style is designed to help children learn valuable skills and enjoy communicating. The behavior technicians are trained to make therapy time fun for children so they enjoy it and will, therefore, learn much more.

I have visited their campus/clinic and met many of the employees who were all kind, knowledgable and passionate about helping children. This is truly a special ABA company and one that I will continue to refer families to for years to come.

This family owned business is focused on creating a family experience for all those they touch - the families who receive services, staff, peers and everyone else they work with in the community. I have know the business for 10 years and love how they're building their universe with love and attention to the quality of service which is delivered first and foremost with love. I appreciate the owners and love seeing what they do to support the community and employees. Employees are rewarded with weekends by the beach in an airstream, cool swag giveaways, healthy lunches, regular and high quality staff training. Over the years families had free photos shoots during the holidays, santa by the airstream with, trick or treating and other activities where kids and families can experience a local community event.

Parents beware: This was recommended by Easter Seals. Do not hire this company to provide services for your child with special needs. The communication is very poor. Scheduling will never notify you of any changes. If you cancel, they will not notify the RBT either. Parent training is a joke. Behavior plan is a joke. RBTs are unmotivated and not well-trained as from my experience, the one that worked with my child spent most of her time asking my son what he wanted to do next. There was never any structure. The only thing they cared about was taking data and not working with my child. As a result, my child began having behaviors that not only affected his ability to learn but also affect his safety because he began to escape more. Do yourself a favor and do your research before accepting company. Ask in support groups, read reviews from employees and others. I am highly disappointed. Wasted time and money. I have never experienced this level of lack of communication, professionalism and organization.

Some examples of the horror I went through:

1. I cancelled a session because my child was sick. Both RBT and BCBA showed up at my door because scheduling never notified them. They actually tried to stay and work with my sick child. I had to tell them that I was not comfortable with that. Very frustrating.
2. On at least 3-4x, the RBT should up when I had cancelled sessions days prior.
3. BCBA notified me in front of RBT she quit and guess what there was no backup for my child.In fact, she couldn't even tell when there would be a back up. As a result, my son's session was spent on us talking about what to do which really ended up to be nothing.
4. Parent training is a complete joke.
5. I communicated with BCBA about RBT's lack on structure and how she spent most of her time drawing, playing with play doh and taking data on well.. not sure what and guess what.. nothing changed. This RBT has absolutely no motivation and I really think she did not enjoy her job as she kept asking my child what he wanted to do next. She never even brought a bag with toys. Nothing.
6. The Behavior report was very basic and not really challenging for my child is capable but needs an extra push and some creativity. Basically the reported completed by Easter Seals was cut in half so their job can be easier. As a result, my child suffers.
7. When I decided to no longer have services, the RBT was not even notified. She came to the session and was confused and it was beyond awkward. I felt terrible for her and called the company and all they said was sorry. No one knew anything. This is not a company you want to deal with. Your child deserves BETTER! I learned the hard way.

Just writing this is making me very angry.

When i visited the company office for my daughter’s evaluation, i thought i wish she start her therapies here. I was thinking it would be very professional and helpful service from them. But now after almost 3 week i found out they don’t care kids and their future as they explained in website or shows in office.

Theire therapy process is not clear, there is not daily report, so there is no way monitoring the progress. The supervisor said everything is online and they gave me login access but only thing i can see is my bills!! they said we going give you access but who knows when?!

They cancel schedule very easy, every hour or i could say they're visiting accidentally! They don’t have any respect for customer, first time they call me few minutes before sessions to let me know it’s canceled! its repeat and repeat!

It happened 3 time in last 3 week, they send someone else to cover the session, im very happy i loss one of them, the therapist was very rude! she call me asked address, i was not at home but asked my wife to go to parking, my wife walk in parking almost half an hour with 2 kids but she didn’t show up! And more than that didn’t respond the phone and told to the office i didn’t find address! it was a friday afternoon and im thinking she was not in area and all was game!
Some of the therapist look like a trainees, im not sure they are student or they are authorized to do this job, i will follow up this tomorrow! nothing is clear!
All their response after any problem is: 'SORRY' and it doesn't matter how many time, no shame for repeat and repeat it again! next day same problem and same response!

Supervisor been informed 3 time but nothing changed! I want say they move all expectations’ borders, decreased it and pushed back all read lines just with repeating saying SORRY!
Till today their damaged was more than their benefit/ Father of Avisa.O
