I can’t say enough great things about LoveHer Gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The vibe here is incredibly positive, and it’s clear that Coach Dee and her girls genuinely care about creating an encouraging environment for all.
What I loved most was how comfortable I felt. There’s no judgment, no pressure—just a community of women supporting each other. It made such a difference in my motivation and consistency.
Coach really took a holistic approach to fitness. Not only does she offer weekly circuits that can be scaled, but she also provides fantastic nutrition program. The gals are knowledgeable and approachable, offering tips and personalized advice that make a big difference.

The atmosphere and staff are top-notch. The trainers are so positive and supportive. Although I have just been training at this facility for 2 months, I have seen and feel a definite improvement in my body. I look forward to my workouts now and love how I feel after I am done at the gym. I highly recommend this gym if you want to improve your mental and physical health.

I joined LoveHer after 6 months of "eyeing" the gym. I am recovering from an injury (back/disk issues), so I decided I needed to return to lifting with lots of TLC, modifications, and the eye of a coach to correct my form to prevent any further flare ups and injuries. I love LoveHer's small semi personal training sessions, the app accountability, and the camaraderie made with the members. The coaches are informative and have been extremely attentive to me and my personal needs, and motivate me, especially in my recovery. I do not regret joining this gym, especially for those 5am workouts! And that was only about the coaches.
Let me tell you about the owner and her philosophy. Coach Dee is extremely knowledgeable in all things spiritual (which is what attracted me to this gym in the first place) on how to level up your life and uses this philosophy in her training, in her business, and preaches and teaches it to anyone who will listen. She is definitely someone we can all learn from. Her Saturday morning classes begin with a group circle and short meditation prior to training.

I found LoveFix after wanting to find a gym where I would have support and guidance with my workouts. The trainers are all super helpful, the meal plans are easy to follow and you have a group of people to motivate you to reach your goals. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVEFIX!!! I joined 2 months ago and am almost at my goal weight after losing~12lbs. The nutrition, training, and schedule is all clearly laid out through app and communication with the coaches is very easy. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get to where they want physically.

I came across LOVEFIX through Instagram and followed them for about 6 months, before I decided to check them out. I went in on a Saturday morning for a trial class and I loved it. I love how small the training classes are, the trainers are 1:1, guiding you through your entire workout. I’m going into my 2nd week and I’ve never been more committed than now. Thanks to the coaches, app, and the follow up.
