Lynne-Anne has amazing energy and an incredibly kind soul.

Six months ago, I contacted Lynne-Anne for her coaching services when everything else in my life was crashing down. We are on opposite coasts, but she made scheduling a priority and kept me accountable, but was not pushy at all. I was able to connect with her immediately and truly feel better after each of our sessions.

Lynne-Anne helped me during a major transition time in my life (losing all my hair, getting married, and switching jobs). She helped me honor my feelings and break down the negative self talk that blasted my confidence. I continue to stay in touch with her as I progress through life. The contact is less frequent, but I'm more equipped now than ever to face challenges in life with grace, thoughtfulness, and most importantly with respect to my personal boundaries.

In a world where things often don't make sense, seem unfair, or when you lose hope, Lynne-Anne is a light to guide you through.
