I am so thrilled Anthony opened a LYV Fitness less than a mile from my home! This is by far my favorite workout and now I don't have to drive to Palm Springs. Today I worked out with Brooke and having done this in LA with many trainers (including Sebastian Lagree for over 20 years), I can honestly say she is one of the best trainers ever! I cannot recommend LYV Fitness enough!

Anthony was patient and explained everything thoroughly. I had the 30 minute 1:1 session and it was exceptional. I worked muscles I didn’t even know existed. I’m committed to the journey and looking forward to my future classes. Highly recommend !!!

The coaches are nothing short of amazing—knowledgeable, motivating, and incredibly encouraging. They truly care about helping you push your limits while ensuring you maintain proper form and avoid injury.

The workout itself is challenging in the best way possible. What really sets LYV apart, though, is the incredible sense of community. The energy in the room is contagious, and the camaraderie among members makes every session enjoyable—even when your muscles are on fire!

So excited LYV Fitness opened a second location in Palm Desert! Beautiful space with ample room for the new megaformers.

I’ve taken classes with Lola, Brooke, Gloria and Alma and appreciative the energy and intention they bring to each class.

Definitely recommend to new and experienced Lagree style practitioners. I moved over to Lagree when I felt like I wasn’t getting enough out of Pilates and love the results from LYV sessions!
