Marrow Fit is truly a little slice of paradise. Ian is far from your average trainer—he’s compassionate, incredibly motivated, and genuinely invested in helping you meet your fitness goals. When I first purchased a 3-month pass, life got busy, and I couldn’t start right away. Ian reached out, not to pressure me, but to let me know he was there when I was ready. That level of care is rare and really exceeded my expectations.

Fast forward to today: I finally made it in for a 30-minute workout and was absolutely humbled by the rogue echo bike! But I left with a huge smile and a real sense of accomplishment. Ian creates an environment where you feel supported and challenged, and I can’t wait to go back.

Can I give 10 stars?! Seriously, THIS is a trainer, THIS is motivation, THIS is someone who knows what they are doing, genuinely cares about his clients, wants you to see results and be SAFE and have fun doing it. Ian is amazing, and my husband and I feel so fortunate to have him in our lives, only wish I could go every single day of the week!
