This is a great place and environment to be in. The staff are very friendly, helpful and provide great customer service. They have lots of products and varieties, the pricing is reasonable you pay for what you get. Would highly recommended!

Love this dispensary I come at least once a week and have never had any situations or problems until today. I had a very dismissive budtender named Jason I had a couple question on products. He was very dismissive and when I tried to call and complain about him, he’s also a lead so the last resort is leaving a one star review.

Store refused to refund my defective disposal vape. I paid 60$ for this thing and it didn’t hold a charge , they said it was fine and told me nothing they can do. They are shady and quick to dismiss any issue you have . Don’t recommend

Stopped at the dispensary the other day after checking out their website. I was looking for a product to replace the edible gummies for sleep that I used to buy online. I have found that the sleep gummies don't work as well for me as the relaxation ones, but that's about the limit of my knowledge. Leonard discussed the different products, asked good questions, and helped me make my purchase. I purchased several different types to try out. During my visit the staff was friendly and well informed and made shopping easy. Thannk you!

Even though I do love going here mainly for convenience and the service, I have to say my experience on Thanksgiving was extremely discouraging, so much actually that I’ll probably just go somewhere else in the future.

On Thanksgiving, Mary Alice showed that their hours of operation were open until 5pm that day. My fiancé and I were out in Orange County and left around 4pm knowing we could make it before closing ONLY if we took the toll roads, so we did. As we pulled up to Mary Alice at exactly 4:50pm, some guy with a black hoodie and black hat came outside to tell me that they were closed. I told him your hours say you close at 5pm and he responded “we’re going home for Thanksgiving” and then he closed the door and locked it.

So, even though I got there 10 minutes before closing and paid for the toll roads just to get there on time, I was still denied at the door which prompted us to go somewhere else. To me, it’s a little crazy to deny a confirmed sale at the door 10 minutes before you close, especially when my average transaction there takes less than 5 minutes since I get the same thing every time.

I get that your employees there don’t want to work on holidays, but if that’s the case then they should probably find a different industry to work in. I’d appreciate some kind of follow up on this.

We bought $400 bucks worth of our usual thc gummies and instead of supplying us the products we ordered and payed for they gave us completely useless cbd gummies from the same manufacturer with similar packaging by the time we realized we weren't supplied products we paid for it's was to late to take them back. We spend about a $1000 a year on gummies and will not be going back

Mary Alice is the best place ever. The entire staff is super friendly, and very knowledgeable. They teach you about the products and how they work. They like to ask questions to see which products would be better for you to try. They even give back to community!!!! All around a huge and wonderful addition to the area and the only dispensary I’ll ever go to again!
