Jon is absolutely AWESOME, He takes the time to help you understand the supplements how to use them and makes sure you know everything about them. If you have any back issues you must go here and tan. My doctor recommend trying a tan and I did years ago. I've been many places and by far this is the best experience I've had. Jon and Des are the best. They are so friendly and helpful. From recommending a tanning lotion to even turning my music on for me. Thank you guys.I will only come to you. Every minute there is so enjoyable and you keep everything super clean.

I had been stuck in my health journey for a while and then I met Jon. He is the most knowledgeable and supportive, not to mention encouraging person I have met in a long time. I have traveled all over this country and abroad for some time for work. I have spent thousands of dollars, literally, on bad advice from what were supposed to be professional personal trainers (However, I did glean a little helpful knowledge from each trainer.). Jon simplified things and streamed lined my supplements saving me a lot money and headaches trying to figure things out on my own. He is always available for questions and I never feel like he is trying to up sale products to me. I love his motto of "Keep it simple". I love, love, love that. One of my favorite things is the personalized food plan. For such a minimal fee (least expensive you will find anywhere), Jon will assess and design a meal plan based on what you like and include supplement recommendations to support your overall goal. He will also recommend workout information to give you an overall perfect map to reach your personal goals. The rest is up to you. Thanks, Jon. You truly are the best.
