Front desk has always been nice.

Dr. Boris Suarez is terrible! He told me my 6 year old has pneumonia and to come in for a follow up. He told me the same thing he had told me on the phone and didn’t give me one second to speak and ask my questions or hear my concerns! He speaks so fast and talks to you like you should know everything and just follow exactly what he says because he knows what’s best and does not care to listen or help you see things through.

The waiting room has a sign that says “healing mind body and spirit.” That’s an absolute joke. We are just another number in the system. I will never go to him again!

So sad and here am back home with my son who has pneumonia and I have so many unanswered questions.

Hope no one else has to leave feeling this way.

I love coming to this clinic. All staff is amazing. They are very nice and treat you like family. Dr John and Dr Charles are my to go to for my family and I. I live 40 min away from this clinic and it's worth the drive.

Honestly doctor Jon is great, but the front desk staff are very rude, I get there and the blonde chick is number one rude. She will sit on her computer and not recognize I am there until she is done, then she will unhappily attend me, I can just feel that she is irritated to attend me. Her facial expressions and tone of voice, are so unwelcoming. It makes my doctor visit very unpleasant.

For uninsured patients (if you don't have insurance),
it costs between $30 to $60 (depending on your income) to be seen by a doctor.

I was given a paper to fill out. When I asked for an appointment, I was scheduled for one that was only about 3 or 4 days out.

At the appointment I turned my paper in and sat in the lobby for about 15 to 20 minutes before I was seen by a nurse who took my weight and blood pressure and left me in the doctor room to wait for the doctor to arrive.

The doctor arrived about 5 to 10 minutes later and we discussed what my issue/health problem was and he gave me two options we could proceed with.

They are awesome. The young ladies in the front are so nice, they remember my name. And I just love John Knudsen, the nurse practitioner I see, is knowledgeable and professional. I won't go anywhere else.

My dad recently had an appointment to verify something but some nurse was very rude towards him since he doesn’t have insurance. Not only that but they assumed he knew no english, they didn’t even ask whether he did or didn’t, and brought in a translator for him. It’s very heartbreaking to see stuff like this still happening nowadays. As a medical professional it’s very unprofessional for them to act this way.
