Like many, I started off the year wanting to get “in shape”. I joined Merced Elite Gym with the expectation that I would eventually meet my goal, but what this gym has provided me with is more than just new/top of the line gym equipment and guided work outs. The team at Merced Elite Gym (Andrew, Alexis, Sophia, Jayden & Nate) has provided me with guidance throughout each session, a clean environment, open communication, and the most significant of all things… endless encouragement! Every single one of the trainers is inclusive, dedicated and a true joy to be around! When I joined I didn’t expect to feel as welcomed as I do, nor did I think I’d make friends along the way. I can honestly say that I look forward to each and every session because I know that I’ll laugh as much as I sweat! If you want to put in the work, feel proud of yourself and make connections along the way, this is the perfect place for you!

I’ve been attending Merced Elite Gym for about a month now, and it has been a transformative experience. From the moment I signed up, I was ready to make a real change in my health, and the coaches here have been instrumental in my progress.

Coaches: Andrew and Sophia have been amazing coaches. During our first meeting and consultation, Andrew really listened to my specific needs and tailored a program that suits me perfectly. Both Andrew and Sophia are great at holding me accountable, pushing me to my limits, and keeping me engaged throughout my workouts.

Personalized Experience: If you’re looking for a more private and personalized experience compared to a big gym where you feel like just another number, Merced Elite Gym is the place for you. I really feel like I get the attention I need, and it makes all the difference.

Guided Workouts: The guided workouts are fantastic and provide a strong foundation to kickstart your fitness journey. Whether you’re a complete beginner like I was or someone more experienced, the support and guidance from the coaches are invaluable.

Community: One of the best parts of joining Merced Elite Gym is that my husband decided to sign up with me. We get to see each other grow and support one another in this endeavor together. Even though he is an avid exerciser compared to myself, he enjoys the workouts just as much as I do.

Overall: I have no regrets about signing up at Merced Elite Gym. I look forward to continuing to get stronger and healthier with the support of Andrew, Sophia, and the entire gym community. This gym has not only begun to transform my body in the short amount of time I’ve been working out here, but it’s given me purpose again, a sense of self, and a community feeling - all of which I didn’t think would be possible. It’s a top notch facility with the most motivating trainers. I cannot recommend this gym enough because it’s truly so much more than a gym for me.
