I can’t say enough good things about Mia!! She is a very knowledgeable trainer and really works with you to tailor your workouts and meal plans to reach your goals. She’s been so good at holding me accountable and motivating me in a really positive and kind way to keep going. I leave all of her workouts feeling really good and I see improvements in myself that I had so much trouble achieving on my own before. Mia helped me lose 3% body fat and maintain muscle in under 3 months and I’m excited to continue training with her. 🙂

Mia is incredible! I began my fitness journey with her in 2018, weighing 289 pounds. At that time, I couldn’t even lift a dumbbell without losing my breath. I started training with Mia 3x a week since July 2024. It’s been the best decision I’ve made. Not only have I lost body fat and weight but have gained muscle (not looking bulky btw) and feel stronger. I never thought I would enjoy weight training but I do and Mia has a lot to do with it. If you have been thinking about strength training, Mia is the person to train you.

I've been working with Mia for almost 6 months now and have dropped about 5% in body fat and gained 7% in muscle mass.

I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself.

She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat.

still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!

Mia is a fantastic trainer, she will push you and works just as hard as you to help you get to your goals. I love that she doesn’t only focus on losing weight, she strives to educate you about building lean muscle, making healthy food choices, and reaching a healthy body fat percentage to help you feel your best. She structures her personal training program to provide a meal plan and tracks your progress monthly with body measurements and pictures (way more progress tracking and accountability supports than other trainers I had looked at). Her rates were affordable compared to others and I was drawn to the inclusion of a meal plan. Signing up with her has been the best decision I’ve made for myself. I’ve been with her for five months and even though I am happy with where I’m at (down 14 pounds and 4% body fat), this just feels like the beginning; largely because of working with Mia. Book her now, you will not regret it!!

Mia is an incredible trainer and I'd highly recommend working with her! During our consultation she took the time to really understand my goals and created a workout plan and a meal plan throughout the first week to help me reach those goals within my preferred timeline. Her workouts are fun and challenging - she's constantly pushing me to do better.

Coming from someone who never knew what to do at the gym she's educated me on proper form and workout sequence that I can use for the future. With my wedding coming up my goal was to shift from skinny fat to lean/toned and she helped me reach my goal several months in advance! Her body recomp plan is amazing!!!

I have been training with Mia since November of 2018. She is a great personal trainer/coach. She creates a workout and meal plan that aligns with my goals. She always keeps me in check and makes sure I am on track. She pushes me hard during our workouts, even if I think I can’t do it. She will not let you fail.
Mia is not just a trainer, she is one of the sweetest people I have met. I have grown close to her over the last 6 years and think of her as a friend.
