Michellle is a gifted massage therapist and problem solver. Her sports therapy and massage background allow her to determine what needs addressing to resolve the underlying problem/ discomfort. She listens carefully to her clients and makes a customized plan. She also teaches you how to maintain your balanced state through at home stretches and proper posture and breathing. I highly recommend a deep tissue massage combined with reflexology so you have a chance to relax after the deep tissue work is completed. The impact of Michele’s work on my body is life changing!

Michelle is my gifted, caring, highly skilled massage therapist whose superb knowlege of anatomy and physiology make her absolutely unique in her field. Honestly, for the past 3 yrs she has gotten me through (and continues to) hip osteoarthritis, back and shoulder issues that literally no one else has ever been able to address and assist in helping toward resolve. Michelle is a great therapist. She listens to your concerns and tailors your massage to focus on the areas where you have the most problems. She’s very good at deep tissue massage and applies just the right amount of pressure, but always asks to be sure you are comfortable with what she is doing. She also gives you tips on things you can do between massages. She’s so knowledgeable and I think she’s awesome!

AMAZING!!! I have been working with Michelle for 6 or 7 years. Michelle is so gifted and intuitive, truly amazing healer. I’ve had massage, in-person energy work and distance (AZ/NY) energy work from Michelle through the years. Michelle is able to clear energy from my system that I can’t on my own — and I have encountered no other practitioners with her level of talent and ability. Michelle’s distance energy work is as effective as her in-person offerings and I have referred her to numerous friends and family throughout the years who have never met her in person. Michelle is respectful, professional and a wonderful human being. As you might imagine, Michelle’s relaxing, rejuvenating and healing massages are also magnificent...can’t do those remotely, though...not yet 😉

Michelle takes time to listen and tailors each massage to fit your needs.
I always get the deep tissue massage to work out the knots and tightness in
my upper shoulders and back.
Michelle's knowledge of body anatomy allows her to go right to the problem area.
Not your basic massage as she will spend as much time as it takes to work out
knots and misalignments before moving on.
Always leave feeling great. Highly recommended.

I went to Michelle for a Reiki session. We just moved to Tucson and after all the moving and stress, I felt like I needed a refresh or energy cleanse.
