LOCAL RAVE: I have walked by Mighty Pilates more than a hundred times and it has always felt very daunting, especially when seeing all the complex-looking equipment and contraptions! Fortunately I had a friend encourage me, and so I signed up for Lori's group class (Registration was online and a breeze).

From beginning to end my experience was incredible, Lori was so knowledgeable & able to communicate very effectively and I found myself isolating muscles during stretches & strengthening that I didn’t think I had any control over. The studio is beautiful, gorgeous decor and a chill friendly vibe. Afterwards I felt energized and my body felt so much more at ease. I already booked my next session 🙂 If you are looking for something new that can whip you into shape, make you stronger - Try Mighty Pilates.

Mighty Pilates is fabulous! Instructors are knowledgeable and challenging. Support staff is excellent and accommodating. Many classes available for my busy schedule. I’ve been going for a year and try to take a class 2-3 times a week. My core is much stronger and I feel healthier! I love it!

I enjoy the class and environment here. The studio is neat that is good for a small classes. The online platform to check on the classes is easy with straightforward policy. The instructors and staff here are great. I never like exercise but got hooked up after 1st class. I signed up more and more classes including private classes which are helpful and fun. I highly recommend Mighty Pilates and this community in Lafayette.

BEAUTIFUL, bright, cheerful studio with top of the line reformers. All of the instructors are well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. You will feel welcome and supported whether you are a beginner, advanced or somewhere in between as a practitioner. Separate rooms for private lessons and the whole place is spotlessly clean. The best pilates studio in the East Bay!
