I went to Winnie after having an interesting experience in Beverly Hills’s where the acupuncturist told me that he couldn’t help me at all with my condition. But could assist with my weight. Which wasn’t what I asked for. When I went to Winnie after losing weight because I was embarrassed. I told her about my condition and she said she has had many clients with slipped disks and the pain has subsided. For me personally after her giving me a 6 month plan, my chronic pain has lessened and it’s only been 3 months, I’ve lost weight and my skin has cleared up which was not what was I asking for but it’s a great side effect. I have more energy and I am happier.

I have gone to see Winnie for private sessions twice so far. Her touch is so grounding like a nurturing mother. I have also been to the group workshops where Winnie sings and leads somatic movements. Winnie is a gifted and intuitive healer. Her space is so serene and calming and has a wonderful healing energy. Winnie has an uncanny ability to tune into what you need and she offers her skills and her intuition with much love, wisdom, and humor. I can't recommend her highly enough! I have met a handful of healers and practitioners throughout my adult life and have used their services for various reasons related to my emotional and physical health. Winnie is by far the most gifted healer that I have ever gone to. She offers traditional acupuncture but her skill set is so much bigger than that. She is truly a magical, gifted healer.

I was concerned about seeing a doctor during the pandemic, but when my pain became too great, I went to see Winnie. I was so happy that her office has it’s own private entrance and parking lot. I was the only other person there and Winnie sanitizes A LOT. Winnie is gentle and extremely knowledgeable. After discussing the root of the pain, she performed acupuncture, acupressure and myofascial release. I left feeling amazing! Thank you Winnie!

Do you believe in magic? Winnie's practice is just magic. I visited Winnie earlier last week, and I was so speechless at the end of my session that it took me several days to form my thoughts to write this review. Winnie is a very active, engaged listener; she also articulates herself clearly, is very honest, and has a wonderful and lovely sense of humour. I walked in knowing my issues, that my heart was energetically blocked, and after walking out, it felt like I could finally breathe again in my fullest capacity. The knot that was also in my upper shoulder was released during my session, like magic! Physically, I felt more relaxed. I've been sharing my experiences with my family and my friends, and I definitely recommend her full-heartedly for any issues that can't seem to be diagnosed in western and/or eastern medicine. If you're on the fence about meeting with Winnie, take the shot! It's an experience that'll be very worth it and an experience unlike anything else.

I received a Reiki treatment from Winnie today for my back pain and fertility. It was unlike anything I have ever experienced.
Her space is welcoming and calm, and she took time to explain to me what was happening.
She feels motherly and so kind. She talked about emotional release and breath a lot. Her hands were very warm.

Winnie worked wonders on me today and that’s an understatement. She not only held space for my current healing that was needed, but she tapped into so much that has felt stuck for who knows how long. Winnie is a skillful practitioner who really listens to what's going on with you, and pays close attention to what your body needs. She's highly educated in energy medicine, the organ systems, and the properties of different herbs and healing agents. I loved that she took the time to carefully find the acupuncture points that needed a needle. Along with this orchestration, she does Reiki and calming energy work to release unwanted emotions and let the body open for healing.
