Mogollon, is Amazing I’ve been to every detox in the Valley and none compare the staff is unmatched, they are the most genuine people I have ever met, they treat you like family. I picked up my 6 month chip a few weeks ago and now a house manager at a sober living. Dustin, Liz, Gabe, Bertha, truly care and will give you all the resources you need to succeed! Love Y’all ✊?

Almost a year and a half ago I went into detox at mogollon treatment center not knowing it was going to be where I started my journey in recovery. I have been a retread through the place but this last time I was giving the opportunity to extend my stay and get on the vivitrol shot. I knew I need whatever defense from the disease as possible. Because of that opportunity I stayed on the shot for about 9 months after I was released. I have achieved so much in the last almost year and a half. I have my kids in my life I have a stable and secure job I run a shared living home, serenity, direction, amazing friendships in recovery and most importantly love for myself. Today I am happy with the man I see in the mirror. I have a life worth living today and it all start with me taking the leap to change everything. Mogollon gave me the start to the amazing life I have today if it wasn’t for friendly staff and awesome medical services I would have never made it through it!

I had made plans with my family and friends from church. By letting them know that l will be going into recovery at the Mogollon treatment center. The day that I was ready to go. I called and selected 1 for the detox center and talked to a staff member, and she turned me away. Then the next day. I received a call from management, and he was eager to wanna help me. I don't know if it's because they will receive $4,000 per person per month that my med insurance would be paying them for me to stay at their facility.

I was turned away at first. When I was struggling enough already by forcing my self to go outside of my comfort zone and seek help. Cause having to go through all the trouble in finding the best one is to find the one that speaks to you as it seems like they understand what your going through and the the struggles that you have been facing. It's a long spiritual battle that we aren't aware of at first.

It's a good thing that the Lord doesn't give up on us and turn us away. Instead, he finds away for those who follow him. With hope in mind, anything is possible.
Without hope, how can you not just want to give up trying? That alone is peer pressure to cause someone to wanna pick up another addiction that is considered to be more acceptable to that detox center with open arms in order to get detox. In other words, I would have to start smoking fentanyl pills to get into their detox center in payson. Mogollon treatment center is associated with Pinnacle peak recovery center they did go out of their way to accommodate me and meet my needs as much as they could while I was there. They don't forget about you so easily. Cause they're passionate and want to help you in every way they can. I was there, from November 1st is when I was picked up and taken to Pinnacle peak recovery center.

After a few days of my stay. I was able to come to my senses and started to realize that previously before coming to Pinnacle Peak. I had an obligation that I was neglecting as I had responsibility to the court regarding my 3rd extension for completing a defensive driving class. I became worried that by not completing that class, I may get a warrant for my arrest because the court has already charged me $989 for not having insurance at the time of an accident. I was using my mother's vehicle at the time of the accident. She had always had insurance on her vehicle. Normally, if you don't have insurance at the time. but get coverage before ur court date. The judge would reduce the fine. But I was denied that privilege because there wasn't insurance coverage at the time of the accident. So, with that in mind and by not completing the defensive driving class that is needed to be completed in order to have a ticket dropped and not accounted against me. As I was sited for not controlling my speed to avoid collision with another vehicle. Which wasn't related to what really happened as it was dark out, and I was behind another vehicle before it decided to jump in the other lane at the last minute to avoid an upcoming collision. I ended up seeing the vehicle stopped and didn't have much time to respond to stop in time. Anyway, during my stay at Pinnacle Peak, I realized that if I were to ignore this opportunity to take the driving class. which I had only 3 days left to have this completed in order to have this fine dropped. If I don't take care of this class. Then the court fees could go up, pass $1000, and I could end up having a warrant out for my arrest.

As I had come to realize this Consequences that could happen to me. On my 3rd day of recovery, I requested to leave so I could take care of this matter before the deadline bewasov 6th. It took some time convincing the staff member to allow me to take care of this personal matter. As I was being released, I was told to never come back.
I thought that they would ofhaveeen more understanding of my situation. I was wrong

My wife and I Cindy we're on methadone and heroin for years, I left, my wife talked me into coming, we r both glad we stayed, I have been to detox 8 times and this one worked , thanks to everyone involved in a detox ,we have mad love 4 all of u.

From your initial phone call to Tyler driving you to your next destination after detox,you will deal with a staff that are chill and 2nd to none! From the Drs,Nurses and BHTs you are treated as if you are a member of their own families.They are amazeballs! The facility is clean,the food is fresh and very good. There's always a comfy place to kick it and watch movies while you recover. Throughout the process your counselor works her magic to formulate the next best step (with you) on your road to sobriety. They changed my life-THANKS!!
