I met with Molly today. Her expertise was invaluable for our current life situation!

I am breastfeeding, we are starting solids, and I am trying to navigate keeping up my weight while feeding my infant. My kiddo and I are needing to avoid dairy, soy, corn, and egg in all food sources (she was recently diagnosed with FPIAP with those suspected triggers).

After meeting with Molly, I feel like we have a plan to stay healthy and fed even with such a restricted “safe foods” list. We are meeting again in 2 months or sooner if needed. She also sent a follow up plan that I can refer back to which is great.

I highly recommend her!
