I have been working with Melissa for a little over 6 weeks now and even in such a short time I have felt and seen significant improvement in both my physical and mental well being. I started a healing journey about three years ago after a life of chronic stress, burnout, and a lifetime of unresolved trauma. Melissa has been the missing piece to my healing journey. The work she does and the guidance she gives have been instrumental in my personal journey and will soon cross over into my professional journey. I am learning to become more focused and aware of my feelings so I am able to move through stored pain, release it and be more present to enjoy life. Her guidance and wisdom have helped me navigate some stressful situations over the past month but the most significant improvement I have seen because of her work is my gut health. What no other doctor was able to help me with, she has helped me with. Melissa is a beautiful human and an integral part of the health and wellness community. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa and her work. Not only is she constantly working to further her education, but she commits so many hours to working alongside her local community. I’ve been working with Melissa for a year and a half and cannot recommend her enough. When I initially came to her studio, I had so much stress and didn’t know how to deal with it.
