I have been with Mountainside for the last four years and continue to brings new guests each week. Jack, along with the rest of the crew, always greet us with a smile on their face. The music could definitely use a change, but otherwise, I feel at home here.

VALIDATE YOUR PARKING NOW!! Starting Oct 2024. The parking attendant said the parking garage company changed or whatever. And you need to have Mountainside front desk validate your parking ticket now. Otherwise it's $6 or $50 if you lose your ticket. $50 for a lost ticket!! The Mountainside front desk didn't tell me any of this. This was a conversation I had over the parking intercom when trying to exit the garage. They were nice and let me leave since it was new, but be aware. ... This was 9pm on a weekday.

The gym is a good lifting gym for the price range since you get access to all the Mountainsides in Phoenix.

I told them I would only be using the gym for a month or two and they assured me the cancelation process was very easy. I told them I would like to cancel my membership and they continued to charge me for months. Once I found out they were still charging me I paused my credit card and now they call me nonstop begging for money.

Used this gym for a couple days while I was in town. Overall really nice spot. Great view of the river walk. Has all the equipment you could need. Employees are super nice and helpful. Shoutout to Owen, dude was there everyday and probably the hardest working employee I saw.

I’m glad my Mountainside membership works at all locations because unfortunately this location is not like the rest. It’s still a pretty good gym with a fantastic view for cardio, but the operations here do not meet the standard of a high quality gym. It is very common for me to not be able to use the locker room amenities, as the towels are constantly out in the men’s locker room. In addition, the locker rooms smell and there is a hook next to one of the showers that has been gone for at least half a year. I have been making the drive to other locations, as those gyms are 5 star quality and absolutely fantastic (Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, East Mesa). Unfortunately the operations at this specific location make it a very frustrating experience a lot of the time.

Love this Gym! My trainer Kiana has been excellent helping me get into a good habit of going to the gym regularly and perfecting my form. She is super approachable, friendly, and knows her stuff. She’ll get you feeling sore with results in no time! Definitely would recommend her!

awful, they will only let you cancel your membership by mailing a certified letter to corporate. i moved out of state and they wont let you cancel over the phone or email. this is a con game and they know it. Even if it specifies it in the contract this just makes customers lives more difficult and i will not be coming back for this reason.

I love Mountain Side Gym in Tempe! The facility is always clean, the staff is friendly, and there’s a great variety of equipment. The classes are fantastic, especially the yoga sessions. It’s such a positive environment, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. Highly recommend!
