Fitness classes are well planned. The trainers have a positive & encouraging attitude. However, I’m all for cranking tunes during a workout but the music does not need to be so loud that we can’t hear the trainers giving instructions. They need to project their voice, get a mic set or turn the music down just a bit.

Workouts are AWESOME! Trainers are so kind and encouraging. Only downside was was the nutrition plan takes a long time to get to you. I am a week in, have followed up several times and have yet to receive it. Depending on what the meal plan is, I’d probably skip that option and just sign up for the workouts.

I was very impressed with the training and the intensity of the workout. I was sweating buckets without having to do cardio. It's the challenge I need to get into good shape. Jennifer was also a wonderful trainer and attentive to the clients in the class.

I cannot express enough how much I love my team ? this gym is more than just a gym, it's a place where you are surrounded by the most amazing, beautiful, kind, strong woman.. ?
The love and support I've received from everyone is beautiful.. All my beautiful trainers, my coach and Office management, staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! I feel so loved while getting my BEATDOWNS ?
I absolutely love my team, my gym family my sisters?
My mindset and the way I view fitness has tremendously changed in the
MOST positive way I am so thankful and so bless to be part of this beautiful community of amazing beautiful women ?
I'm forever thankful to my beautiful coach Jennifer Mallo for helping me achieve my fitness goals

M-Power is truly a wonderful gym. The classes are amazing, the works out challenging, and very creative. The instructors are very motivating, they show you form, they are friendly, professional, and empowering. They have different programs and meal plans to help with your nutrition. I highly recommend this gym for all women. ❤️

I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts regarding my experience as a member of M Power (Chino)While I initially joined the club with high hopes for a positive and supportive fitness environment, I have unfortunately found myself feeling neglected and undervalued as a member. One of my primary concerns is the perceived lack of follow-up and engagement from the club once the membership transaction was completed. It seems that the focus shifted primarily to financial matters, and the level of attention and support I expected as a member has been lacking. I believe that a successful fitness club should prioritize building a strong, supportive community and fostering ongoing relationships with its members, rather than solely focusing on financial transactions.
(THIS WAS AN UPFRONT PAID IN FULL WITH CASH TRANSACTION ). Do your homework before you sign up with this club. It’s going to cost you $350-$400 a month to join this club and you still don’t get the attention you need. You do get a nutritionist , I want to believe it’s not a license nutrition I can’t say for sure or not but they’ve never proved to me that she was a licensed nutritionist. (Still waiting ) The weekly form she send over is ridiculous. I’ve never seen anything like it from a nutritionist it was very unprofessional. It has all the same meals for 2 weeks.
Honestly, something a child can put together.. SMH! MPOWER don’t deserve the one star ⭐️
