I cant express what a huge blessing this place has been for my mom and I. We have noticed a huge difference in our lives since we have been coming here. The memberships and training sessions are worth it. Both mom and I came with problems and needed therapy and the personal training sessions have helped us so much that we are losing weight and gaining back our mobility in areas we needed most. I started seeing and feeling a difference since day 1. The exercise equipment is working at all times. The gym is never packed so there is never a wait for the equipment. I love it here and plan to keep coming. I cant stop to tell my neighbors where I go because they are always giving me compliments of how my body is losing weight.

Been training with Coach J for the past 5 months. It’s been an amazing experience and journey. Coach J and Jael are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They are an amazing couple Helping you with your goals and identifying injuries you may have as well as helping you grow spiritually . The gym is always clean and well ventilated! I recommend MyoFit if you haven’t gained the results you’ve desired or if you’re a beginner and want a great place to start.

Absolutely the best gym in San Diego. J gym trainer and all the staff are awesome. You feel right at home and they have top of the line equipment. Great hours and the personal training is highly recommended.
