I been a patient here for about 3 years and I have nothing bad to say. The parking lot is small, but the great care and wait time makes up for it big time. The longest I ever been here including wait time is about 25 minutes max. The care is great especially by Dr. Narayan himself. Amazing and understanding doctors with a wonderful dedicated staff.

I want thank the Narayan medical team for their great work and efficiency. Going to a medical clinic you don’t expect to have a pleasant experience but I can easily say I felt weight lifted during and after my visit! Thank you for the great care!

Came in because my baby couldn't stop crying something was hurting , indian pediatrician checked her out , he grips her chin when he's checking her , then grips her head to check her ear . Making her cry . He says I'm sorry but it's the first time I seen a pediatrician make her cry like that. Then he says nothing is wrong with her . I go to a pediatrician in Fresno and he finds an ear infection.indian buddy got his diploma from temu. If I see you around imma give you big hug 🫂

Today I had what was honestly my worst experience there. I went for pain management due to my pain prescription running out and they wheeled me out without doing anything for my pain. They told me to go to Fresno but I have no ride to Fresno,so now I'm stuck I'm agonizing pain and no meds to help me deal with the pain.. I just went to get a refill and I can't even get that these days.. -Anthony Reyna

After struggling to get in with my primary doctor, a friend recommended Narayan Medical clinic. I drove from Clovis ca to visit this clinic and it was one of the best decisions! Doctor Narayan was the best! He listened to all of my concerns and the best part is I was seen within 30mins. The staff was friendly and very helpful. 10/10!

Dr. Narayan has been our Primary care Doctor for
Over 9 years now and honestly he is just amazing. I always tell him that he is an Angel of God. He is amazing at what he does and always going the extra mile for his patients. Office staff very nice and friendly.

Would give 0 if I could. Went back and forth for 2 hrs as the clinic tried to pull a scam on my husband and I.
My husband has went here in the past for years. Literally went 4 months prior.

Called the receptionist and asked if walk ins were welcome wanting to get a referral for a sleep study. She said come in before 4.
Husband drove there only to be told they no longer accept our insurance. No, that at this moment they exceed the number of blue shield clients they can take on. But can fit him in for $150. For WHAT? A co pay is $25. Drove 30 minutes home. Called and followed up.
Receptionist was so unsure of what to say had the manager call back and even avoided taking our calls saying their phones weren’t working. But how convenient when calling from another number they pick up. Joke.

Manager finally called back and said we are only taking on a few blue shield patients at the time to help with doctors being “overwhelmed.” Makes sense right? Would have been fine if the receptionist wasn’t telling people walk ins are welcome and we didn’t call from another number and have a relative call with Medi-cal insurance and they said they are welcome.
I was upset and said do you know how long of a wait it is to see a NEW patient at another office. Wait is until almost until July August as I called multiple and let him know we had already been established clients.

I asked the manager if the doctors are overwhelmed why is your receptionist telling people walk ins are welcome. If the doctors are overwhelmed ANY patient would need to make an appointment.
He was baffled and said they couldn’t refuse Medi-cal Medicare patients. Which doesn’t make sense. I asked so people who have to pay for their insurance can’t be seen here? Hung up again and said he would follow up.

After telling him I checked with my insurance and they said our insurance is accepted there with no issues he hung up again and said all of a sudden spoke with the doctor and said they could “make an exception” and fit us in that. So what happened to this panel? Is the doctor the panel?

Manager also made sure to let us know they couldn’t guarantee giving us a sleep study referral. We decided not to go back because this was too much.

We went back and forth 6 times with phone calls. I let the manager know I will be following up with insurance company and reporting. I wish we would have given them the $150 to see what it was for. To have the medical biller do their job? A joke. Please be cautious the next person you ask for $150 who have insurance as it may be an undercover and you get charged for insurance fraud.
Be up front and honest if you are only taking medi-cal and Medicare patients now and don’t come up with excuses that make no sense to educated people with medical background.

And I’m sure you will write back as you do with all reviews please let us know what $150 was for when we HAVE insurance and that’s what copays are for.
