I feel it is my obligation to write this review and warn the public about this place after what I just witnessed by the maskless receptionist Shayla working at Naturally Nurturing Wellness Center (NNWC). This suite shares office space with my chiropractor (who is not affiliated with NNWC), but the suite shares one common waiting room. While I was waiting for my chiropractor to see me, a woman (who I presume is patient/client of NNWC) was working with the receptionist to check out and buy some kind of pill/supplement/prescription/whatever. While they were checking out, it somehow came up that the patient was just getting over Covid and had gotten it in "the last month or two." They joked and LAUGHED about how testing is "at best 50% reliable" and how "the only people who die from it are extremely old or sick." Regardless of your thoughts and opinions on Covid, it was so cavalier to be making these remarks in front of a person they did not know. I do happen to know several people who have died, and they were not "extremely old or sick." It was so incredibly thoughtless and insensitive. The receptionist, Shayla, proceeded to talk about how she believes Covid is completely overblown, that the media is making it all up, no one actually gets that sick from it, and how just yesterday (or today, I couldn't be sure), she was "in class" with someone in her "CNA" program who just tested positive so she had been exposed within the last 48 hours. Yet, here she was, maskless, in a shared space with a chiropractor who almost exclusively works with pregnant women (aka people in a high risk group for having serious complications from covid). I am a pregnant woman who does take this pandemic seriously, and even if it is overblown, I want to be safe and not sorry. My baby's health matters too much to do anything else. I just want people to be aware that if they choose to walk into this suite, they are at risk because the receptionist there does not take this seriously enough to care about anyone but herself.

Update: No accountability from you in your response. No apology. And I can say with absolute certainty that there was NOT social distancing when I was in the office that day, so your response is untrue and you are misleading the public. Your own admission is that you weren't there, so you cannot dispute whether your staff actually abides by social distancing, which that day they were not. Practices like yours ensure people will keep getting sick, and I find it astonishing that a healthcare facility thinks this is acceptable. This is not your home, this is a place of business that you share with another provider, so you are risking double the people with your unsafe, inconsiderate staff members who think that people dying is funny.
