These folks have zero respect for your time. They will make an appointment and not honor it and then act like you are the bad guy. Definitely avoid this company.

Update:

These folks are trying to charge me over $1,000 for labs. Definitely gonna have to go after these crooks. Avoid this company at all costs.

The atmosphere of the office is modern, inviting, and relaxing! The staff is great and incredibly sweet!! Dr. Smith is truly an awesome doctor, he has helped me to feel comfortable about getting an IUD as well as steered me in the right direction to help me with my weight loss goals! I would highly recommend him! He is a hard worker and a great person!

Got here at 1:15 for a 1:30 appointment had all the paperwork done and was ready in the waiting room at 1:30. It’s now 3:10 and the doctor still hasn’t come to see me. How inconsiderate to be over an hour and a half late. Do NOT come here unless you want to wait for hours in a room by yourself.

First appt was inspiring…had a plan and got blood work done the following week…2 weeks later…still nothing…called to find out the blood work was just completed and called in to pharmacy…10 days later…still nothing…called back again and was told prescription was not yet called into the pharmacy…not a very good start to a new patient! Still waiting!!!

Man I love Dr. Smith but FORGET the front desk. The RUDEST front desk of any doctors office I have ever been to. They give no care to the customer. No explanations of what to expect. It’s a shame. Sorry Dr. Smith but until there are new people at the front desk or I only deal with you I will NOT be back. Not going to give my money away to be treated poorly
