Everyone is really friendly and you have so many different types of athletes in one place so it’s a lot of fun. Great mix of equipment and I really value being able to work out at any time. The classes are a lot of fun as well and have been motivating because it’s always a positive and welcoming experience.

Perfect little gym while I was on vacation. Love the black wall atmosphere. Owner was friendly and made sure to introduce himself when he saw someone he hadn’t met in the gym. Free weights and a few machines. Just what I needed.

I can confidently say that New Roots is THE BEST gym in Flagstaff. Great equipment, well maintained, 24 hour access. Incredible staff of coaches and ownership. Amazing culture and everyone is treated like family. Thank you for 3 years of fitness and fun, I will miss you.

Have had a great experience here. Everyone is very inviting and welcoming and is focused on doing things properly. Lots of emphasis on technique and injury prevention. It feels like a great place to get into weight lifting again. Jesse is awesome.

New Roots is hands down the best place in the whole world!!!
Not only is this place a judgement free gym, but it is a community of friends and family. I have been working out at this gym for almost a year now and have continuously grown throughout my fitness journey with the help of the amazing coaches and trainers at New Roots. I have competed in competitions and done events I never thought would be possible; and had a $h!t ton of fun doing so. Going to workout is my creative and social outlet, as well as something that I look forward to after a long day or night!
I highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone; regardless if you've been exercising your whole life or have never touched a weight, it is inclusive and the best part is learning how to do new things everyday!

New roots is a very nice and quality gym. They have great machines plenty of squat racks all throughout the gym. Open 24/7 which is insanely clutch for people who need a late workout. Amazing staff and seems to be amazing coaches as well I see the owner personally coaching kids sometime all around a great guy and a great gym. Big big upgrades coming for 2024 I can already tell.

The gyms badass and its really the only serious gym in Flagstaff. Staff is great but the owner sketched me out for no reason. If you’re staying here long term its the only way to go. I was going to sign up for a short term membership but I was hit with a bunch of fees that I didnt even know the price of and the owner was supposedly waiving them. It wouldnt be a problem if they let you pay your membership cash but they only accept auto payments. Maybe in the future theyll allow cash payments for short term memberships.

Great space and really nice owners. Had all the hardcore equipment without a good vibe and environment. Popped in on a road trip and wish it was local because it would for sure be my regular gym. Good stuff.
