I just finished Nia’s Holy Shift program along with her amazing I AM WHOLE retreat. It’s amazing to think my expectations of what I thought happen were the complete opposite. You learn so much about yourself and how hold yourself accountable in a different way and trust your bodies instincts, I’ve connected more with the parts of me that have been healing since I’ve started and completed the program ! Nia is amazing. First, I had a Reiki session with her in person and I was blown away. She is so calm and chill, but her energy work is so strong!!! Then, I was a student in her Nutrition/Reiki class (Zoom) and I felt such a psychic opening after the first class. The Reiki was just as strong as in person. 🌈 Thank you Nia for being an integral part of my journey🌼

I started working with Nia about a year ago right before the pandemic hit. Talk about great timing! My mental health took a dive during that time and having our weekly calls helped keep me stay grounded during such a crazy time. I’ve always had a bad relationship with food and it was deeply rooted in generational trauma. She helped me heal and I can’t thank her enough. Of course I still have a lot of work to do, but having her guidance helped me tremendously. I finally feel like I’m heading in the right direction and healing parts of myself that I never even knew existed. She believed in me and in return, I believed in myself. She is always available when you need her, whether you have a question at the grocery store or need quick advice on what to order while eating out.
