As a mother of 5 rambunctious boys (6 if you include my husband) and working in the medical field full time as a healthcare provider I would take care of myself last. I would barely have time to eat or care for myself as I was always tending to my family. I was fatigued with low energy, and running on fumes 24/7. I came to No Doubt Wellness hoping to regain who I was before I lost myself to life. It was one of the best decisions I made. Not only was the program created to my fitness needs, but the schedule was also flexible to my time. It’s not the generic plans that everyone has, but a plan specifically made for me that targets my problem areas. Check ins are very easy and I can actually talk to Fermen, not just a computer. I’ve done personal fitness plans before thinking they will be created around me and what benefits me most, but they were generic and did not take into consideration my food allergies, what my caloric intake should be, my fat percentage and where my health was in danger mostly. No doubt wellness does. I was surprised at the intricate detail they put into me. I’ve been with No Doubt wellness for about 7 weeks now and I’m already down 18lbs, my energy levels have increased, and I feel great! I’m able to run around with my kids without huffing and puffing. It’s not a quick fix, but a lifestyle change and I’m loving it!
