Unreliable, never available during normal office hours, not available during urgent or emergency situations, doesn't return calls in a timely manner. My daughter suffered a large burn on her hand and I didn't hear back until half a day later, by which time we were seen by an urgent care clinic half an hour south of us. We've called and left messages with other concerns only to be called back over a week later and only because we reamed out the 'receptionist' that's never there either. Very unprofessional office environment.

I would love to give more stars, because she is very knowledgeable, but the unreliability of this doctor and the way the office is run is mind bogglingly incompetent and not at all acceptable for someone seeing families with children.
