Visited Nourishing Results for an initial consultation with Katie Lehn on April 17, 2018. The office was pleasant and the nutritionist was nice, but offering no useful information. She asked predictable sets of questions about diet, exercise and sleep. She then offered predictable advise: sleep at least 8 hours, eat thoughtfully with emphasis on vegetables, fruit and lean protein. Sleep enough bc research shows that people who do not sleep enough are as not as healthy, etc. Needless to say, I knew all of the above and read a lot about the topic. When I suggested that what I came for was a schedule of menus and recipes that would take into consideration my health issues and my desire to shed some weight, I was told that such individualized approach would cost me much more money. I paid about $200 to hear a bunch of platitudes and widely known information. Obviously, this was a waste of my time and money, and I will not go back. I left really disappointing and, frankly, angry for being scammed. Why would I pay $200 to learn things that any reputable nutrition web page or book provides?! The lesson: interview the nutritionist before you pay money.
