Meeting With Dr. Gorman is a life changing experience for me. She has shown me how to manage and maintain not only my diet, but a healthy lifestyle by focusing on PROPER diet and exercise. She has encourage me to read and become aware of calories, nutrition facts and the importance of exercise. I feel that with the knowledge and encouragement that she has provided me, I finally feel I’ve gained more control of my life and am able to make good choices concerning my health. And I do not feel the pressure and failure of sticking to so many fad diets that never worked for me!

Dr. Andrea Gorman listened carefully to my concerns and what my goals were before providing realistic and useful suggestions on how to eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. In addition she worked with firefighters at my department to encourage healthier eating and shopping for meals on a budget.
Additionally, she presented an eye opening demonstration on food safety in the kitchen, food preparation and cooking.
