Naia has been a HUGE support in my life, especially with my mental health. She worked with me during my first time at eating disorder treatment and we clicked, so I decided to continue working with her. She has taught me so much about my body, my eating disorder, and most importantly, myself. Naia is a unique individual who has a vast range of knowledge both from her studies and personal experiences. She really knows what she’s talking about! Additionally, you can really relate to her, as she has gone through a lot herself. She makes an effort to get to know all of her clients to the point where she knows me almost better than I know me!
