I love this class and this studio! I plan my whole week around taking Jordan's Barre class. Her intuitive prompting helps me get the best workout while protecting my joints and back. I have seen a big difference in my stength and fitness since taking her classes. I also love the yoga classes, especially Mellow Flow with Lindsay. You really can't go wrong. I can't say enough good things about my experience at OM. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed into a warm and inviting community. The barre classes here are an absolute highlight for me. Not only are they incredibly fun & challenging, but the instructors have a knack for making the time fly by. And let's talk about the music – it's absolutely fire!

Since starting barre four months ago, I've noticed a significant improvement in my strength. It's incredible how effective the classes are. Pairing Sunday barre with yin & restore yoga is my ultimate weekend reset. It's the perfect balance of strength and relaxation, setting me up for a busy week ahead.

Speaking of instructors, Hannah has been a consistent source of inspiration and guidance. Her energy and expertise elevate every class she leads, making each session truly memorable.

In short, OM is more than just a place to work out – it's a sanctuary, a second home, and a vibrant community. I'm endlessly grateful to have found such a wonderful space filled with like-minded individuals. If you're looking for a studio that nurtures both body and soul, look no further. Highly recommend!

I visited Om a few times over the holiday for yoga classes and what a great studio with very welcoming staff and instructors. If you’re new or traveling they have mats and props to borrow for ease. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and visit again.

I have practiced with Om Studios before when we have travelled through Monterey on a roadtrip and this time we decided to stay in Monterey for a whole month- partly swayed by just how great this studio is! Their energy and welcoming approach made me feel at home instantly. I got to practice yin, restorative and flow classes with a variety of teachers- all of whom were wonderful, coming away from every class feeling as though I had been on a yoga retreat- rejuvenated, calm and connected with myself and the community I practiced with. Om studios is hands-down, one of the best yoga studios in the Monterey Peninsula! They have a really simple reasonable structure for their classes and amazing teachers. I’ve been to a lot of different yoga studios over the years, especially living in multiple cities like Portland, Oregon and this is definitely of my favorites all time!

I use their punchcard as my schedule is not always consistent. I really enjoy taking their mellow flow and restore, yin, and some heated flow classes. Maggie is easily one of the best yoga instructors. I’ve been lucky to practice with, the composition of her classes are literally so perfect for getting a good challenge and sweat plus ample restoration and mobility. She will be greatly missed! I would also recommend Sabrina, Lynn & Dana - fantastic instructors. The studio is always very clean and well stocked especially if you forget a hair tie, need some lotion or it’s that time of the month. If you are like me and have been looking for a good solid, go to yoga studio with warm energy and great offerings, I would definitely recommend Om 🥳

From the moment I met the instructors at OM and stepped foot into the studio, I knew it was such a magical place! I just celebrated my 50th class with OM and I have loved EVERY SINGLE ONE! All of the instructors offer their own spin on their class and there truly is a class for everyone. Going to OM is truly the highlight of my day. I cannot recommend this studio enough. They also are always offering workshops and fun events to bring the community together.

Absolutely love this studio! This is the first yoga studio that I have ever been to and I now go at least 4 times a week! All of the instructors are so supportive and amazing but Lynn is my personal favorite. Definitely recommend this studio if you're thinking about starting your yoga journey! You won't regret it!
