I love One Medical because it’s so easy no wait times no parking issues. You can do virtual visits or in office visits. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. You can walk in anytime to do labs. The doctors spend time with you and don’t rush you. They always have a bottle of water waiting for you when you arrive. You’re treated more like you’re entering a five star hotel than you are a doctors office. I can’t say enough about One Medical. It’s perfect.

The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. I saw Dr. Erin Duralde who really took her time with me. She listened carefully, provided lots of relevant information, and I felt confident in her knowledge and recommendations on HRT.

I just had my first appointment here, and I don't think I've ever had a more positive healthcare experience before.

I had my Live Well appointment with Tina Pham and felt SO taken care of. As someone in a bigger body, all of my previous primary healthcare experiences have been incredibly negative, filled with judgment, and a lot of medical gaslighting, but that is not what I experienced today! Tina was incredibly caring, thoughtful, communicative, and she really listened to the concerns that I had. Moreover, she came up with action plans for how to resolve the problems and concerns I voiced, which is something I quite literally have never experienced before. I'm so grateful for this experience, it really feels like it's healed a lot of trauma that I have from a long life of seeking quality healthcare and getting the opposite. Can't wait for my next appointment!

Also special shout out to Christian in the lab -- I'm a hard poke and he got it on the first try. He and the rest of the staff are so sweet, lovely and helpful!

Great staff and doctor. Fast, efficient and very pleasant office with free valet in Beverly Hills.

Everyone here has always been kind. I've never waited a long time to see my doctor or for lab work. There's free valet parking behind the building which is incredible convenient!

I love being a patient member of One Medical. It is not like being in a traditional doctor's waiting room but more like waiting to go into a business meeting. The waiting area is relaxed and nicely appointed. Further, the staff are pleasant and eager to help.

It is a excellent opportunity to have a great connection with your doctor and medical staff. This allows you to take full control of your health to be the best you.

Oh one last note, they make it easy with an onsite lab for any test that you may need. So it's the convenience of one stop shopping, if you will.
