Lynda’s sessions are truly a blessing! I first started going to Lynda for both integrated acupuncture and massage therapy sessions during a difficult time working as a frontline outreach worker. Lynda is a truly intuitive, gifted body worker. She has a wide range of tools for healing what ails you: massage, acupuncture, herbs, heat, cupping, and recommendations for posture supports and yoga poses. Lynda deploys the right combination of tools at the right time. Two years ago, I was able to bypass surgery for a rotator cuff injury with help from Lynda! The last time I saw Dr. Vigil, I had been suffering from a host of overwhelming symptoms that had worsened to the point of me considering going to the ER. She treated me with acupuncture and herbs, and within two days I was feeling so much better!
