I had my first cranial sacral session with Hans today and it was spectacular! From the moment I walked into the center, I felt welcomed and comfortable. It is a beautiful, joyful space that reflects both Vivie’s and Hans’ sweet energy. Prior to beginning, Hans explored my concerns, my desires for the session and my history. During the session, I felt well cared for as Hans intuitively knew how to assist my body and being heal. As I write this review hours later, I am still smiling from this experience. I look forward to many future sessions with this amazing, gifted healer.

After my cranial sacral session, I lounged in the Zazen Scaler room. It was the perfect accompaniment to my session. The room itself is inviting and very comfortable. Vivie assisted in my comfort, providing water and wrapping me in cozy blankets. I meditated, dozed and imbibed in this delicious energy.

I have fallen in love with Opt for Light and the owners. I am excited to experience many of the offerings they provide.

Yesterday my walking asymmetry was 4.1% walking on pavement today it is .14% including a trail walk. The therapy selection was perfect for me. The atmosphere is relaxing and the caring encouragement from Hans and Vivian is uplifting. Hans listened carefully asked good questions and kept track of everything that was important to me.
