I signed up to do the free class promo they had going on because I wanted to give it a try. The session was pretty good the instructor was great but I had some thinking and decided I wanted to cancel my subscription. I canceled my subscription on May 23 2024 but just yesterday my card ended up getting charged up to 200+ dollars due to Orange Theory not accepting my wishes to cancel my membership no one ever got back to me and I'm stressing out over here. I'm truly upset and disappointed with this issue and I would like for it to be taken care of.

Always love visiting a new OTF studio when I’m traveling and THIS studio did not disappoint! Michelle was awesome! Wow! I had the pleasure of taking Michelle’s Orangetheory class today, and it was absolutely fantastic. Michelle is exceptionally passionate and knowledgeable, making the class both motivating and informative. I've been to Orangetheory studios all over the country, and her class is easily the best I've ever experienced.

I was told false information by Orangetheory Staff that I would have my own personal trainer.I asked if the staff would show me the gym equipment. I was told that the Personal Trainer would sit down with me and go over a personal plan, that wasn't true. One Personal Trainer to a group, the equipment consist of treadmills and rowing machines, and heavy weights. Personal trainer trains every one on the same level, even if it is your first day,very intense training and high impact. I told them that I had arthritis in my need and it didn't matter., only the money matter,dishonest in all categories, and had the door s close so I couldn't see what they had to offer. I don't recommend this facility.
