Love this app so far! I only started my journey yesterday, but the workouts are fun, a little fast paced as far as the positioning techniques changing from one to the next for a beginner who’s never done Pilates, but I’m not a quitter. I have been using your app for 2 weeks. I like it, but I would like to make one note: during training, music is very important, the appropriate tempo, which makes the training process very easy and pleasant. Please add music to the exercises.

Lovely app. Def makes me to stick to the workout because they are short and perfect to my busy life. However would be nice if you could choose challenges easy or harder . I love doing it but as you set up your app from begining it choose is then on your level and I would love to have more harder ones.

8 really like the app. I noticed a change a week in. I was able to sit on the floor with my legs crossed. haven't sat like this a child. I feel my hips opening up more. I hated the mermaid exercise but now it's one of my faves.

I don't give a 0 because I need to give 1 just to allow me to write. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now. Thy ask for a lot of things for cancelling. If you said I want to cancel the company just need to cancel. This is a Fraud. Don't make the same mistake as me.
