I hope the DEA made Dr. Preganz’s life as miserable as he made his clients. I would have an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and wouldn’t be seen until after 4:30 PM. He must have seen the writing on the wall that he’d be closing and overbooked to make as much money while he could. There were so many people in the waiting room at one time that some people had to sit on the floor.

I don’t know whose attitude was worse, his...or his two arrogant front office workers. I can only hope that their lives are now as miserable as they made ours. Best news ever that this charlatan closed up shop. He knew the DEA was going to bring him down. Good riddance.

Rudest staff I have ever met. I had to wait for one month to see the doctor and then they couldn't book me for an epidural shot for another month after that - they were booked up! No one let me know when I made the appointment that it would take 2 months to get some pain relief! Girl at the front desk was really rude and sarcastic. Horrible. Never have seen a more unprofessional staff in my life! You couldn't pay me to go back to this place! I am now trying to call them back to cancel an appointment and non of their phones work! They are probably out of business.

Dr Preganz is one of the finest doctors I have ever treated with. He is compassionate and has always given me the most consideration possible. I don't know what circumstances the people who give bad reviews, but there are almost always two sides to the story.

A few years back my cousin's kids who were 1.5 and newborn were kicked out of the office into the heat. When the kids were beet red my cousin decided to bring the kids back in to the AC no remorse kicked out again. Very rude and they haven't improved. Worst ever!
